Housing and dining

Accommodation for CESP students is provided in the Jarov C and Jarov D student dormitory about 20 minutes by tram from the university building. The two modern four-storey buildings were completely reconstructed in 2008 (Jarov C was reconstructed in 2002) and are situated in the campus at Jarov, the Prague 3 district on Koněvova street. There are two tram stops, Chmelnice and Strážní in the vicinity (the tram stop Strážní is closer). The residence hall is comprised of double-bed rooms which are located in three-room flat units. Every flat unit consists of a kitchen with a table, a cupboard (without cooking utensils and dishes), an electric hot plate and a fridge. A bathroom with a shower, wash-basin and WC is also located inside the flat. There is a connection to the University of Economics computer network for every student. A high-speed internet connection enables communication with parents and friends at home. The view from the window looks towards green vegetation. The address of the dormitory is Kolej Jarov, Koněvova 198, 130 00 Praha 3.

Your accommodation will be available (free of additional charge) to you 5 days before the Orientation week starts and 5 days after the official end of the semester.

Accommodation in private apartments is rather expensive in Prague and CESP students do not pursue this option often.

For lunch and dinner you may take advantage of the student cafeterias located at the University or in the dormitory area. Hot meals usually include soup, main dish and drink.
